Psychometry Experiments

There is a lot of talk in Psychic circles that Psychometry, the art of touching objects and revealing something about its owner or in this case the content of an unseen photograph, is one of the most common abilities that unites the psychic community.
In this series of experiments Lee chose photographs from his collection and placed them face down in envelopes. These were then mixed up and numbered 1 to 3. Therefore Lee could not influence in any way the results Wayne achieved. They were then given to Wayne at random and placed on a table with Wayne's hand on top. Here are the results;

Experiment 1: 08/08/09 Wayne had this sprung on him by Lee (a very evil scientist)

Wayne:

"Male, young, situation?, toddlerish, christmas party"
Lee:
Picture is of his brother as a child. Correct other than the situation.

Wayne:

"Car, old car, with bonnet with a ridge down the front, bushes or a tree"
Lee:
At first glance this looks as if Wayne was wide of the mark other than the presence of a tree. However, the type of car described matches the era the photograph was taken and there is a line of cars matching Wayne's description in the background.

Wayne:

"Nothing!?, Odd, feel quite light headed and emotional"
Lee:
This is a picture of someone in the Newton family (our great grandfather) strange that there should be such a strong reaction given that neither of us knew him very well as he died when we were both toddlers.

Experiment 2: 09/08/09 following several beers and both lab rat and evil scientist are very, very tired.

  Wayne:
"Woman with a hat on"
Lee:
No woman in the shot is wearing a hat.

  Wayne:
"The colour red
Lee:
A lot?
Wayne:
Don't know, just red"
Lee:
Picture is of two people, the only thing that is red is the seat they are on.

Wayne:
"Group of people with an animal"
Lee:
No, picture of a boy nothing to suggest an animal other than a brown jacket in the background - but that's something of a stretch!

Conclusion:
Beer and a late night has had an adverse effect on Wayne's abilities to pick up anything. We need to do more research to rule out elements of 'chance' in correct interpretations.
