Wayne works as an Operating Department Practitioner. He has discovered a latent psychic ability. It is usually kinaesthetic (i.e. he ‘feels’ the presence of paranormal entities) and often channels the spirit much to the surprise of himself and others. Names and other information is often brought to light during these sessions. His nickname, within the Nightshift team, is 'The Conduit’.
Lee works as a college lecturer teaching IT and science. Lee has been
interested in the paranormal since he was 14 and approach’s investigations
from a skeptical point of view using scientific method to separate the
normal from the paranormal. Lee provides most of the well written arguments
within the website.
Ros works as an IT and business college lecturer. Her stand point on the
paranormal is somewhere between Lee’s and Wayne’s and is often
the voice of reason. Ros is also interested in the psychology and possible
right brain hemisphere influence behind paranormal activity.
Ben is the youngest member of the Nightshift team and is Wayne's son.
He has only been on a couple of investigations and already is indicating
that he has inherited his dad's talents in the paranormal field. Unfortunately
for Ben, the rest of the Nightshift team feel he would benefit from some
training before he joins us on any more investigations to help ensure
his safety.
